How To Donate
For questions concerning specific items you would like to donate, please call
(979) 531-1975 or send an email to info@jdin.org.
When and Where
Donations can be brought to the administration building at Dawson during the following days and times:
Monday - Saturday 9:00am - 4:00pm
Call to Giving
Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you. Luke 6:38

Urgent & Ongoing Needs

The list below shows things that have to be purchased on a regular basis. By donating one or more of the items below, you enable JDIN to put its money to other uses.

Please take a look at the list and see if you are able to help in any of these areas.
Office
  • Electric three hole punch
  • Paper cutter - good quality
  • Electric pencil sharpener
  • Business cards - We would appreciate a donation of business cards for staff members who are mostly volunteers.

Maintenance Equipment
  • Blowers
  • Edgers
  • Electric hedge trimmer
  • Shovels
  • Hoes
  • Weedeaters
  • Water hose - 100 ft or longer
  • Dolly - regular and piano for both classroom buildings and gym if possible

Library
  • Book donations

Sports Equipment
  • Basketballs
  • Baseball equipment - bats, balls, catcher equipment, bases, helmets, and gloves.
  • Softball equipment
  • Volleyball - net with posts (1 for inside the gym and 1 for outside use) and balls

Kitchen
  • Cooking spoons, forks, ladles, knives, etc.
  • Electric roaster
  • Pots - all sizes particularly large ones
  • Pans - cake, pie, roasting, etc
  • Dish towels and cloths
  • Potholders
  • Paper goods - plates, bowls, napkins, cups, and plastic flatware
